The seat can be placed on a toilet bowl and the arrangement is provided for climbing up and climbing on the seat for toilet course in an unfolded position of the toilet seat construction. The step arrangement can be rotated with respect to the seat construction such that the seat construction can be placed on a floor and the seat is provided for a child to sit on it for the toilet course in a folded position of the seat construction.
