Zusammenfassung:	The prosthesis (P) has a final shell-shaped configuration with a curved outer edge (1a) that is shaped on right or left sides of the prosthesis. A plane base has a notch (1c) for receiving a component (2) connected with the base to shape the shell-shaped prosthesis in its final configuration. The base has a crescent shape with beak-shaped end portions separated from each other before shaping of the prosthesis, where the base and the component are made from a material e.g. woven, non-woven, knitted, non-knitted, or extruded structures. Components (2, 3) have windows with a variable orientation.
