Zusammenfassung: | The tool has a first cutting portion (4), an intermediate cylindrical portion (6) and a second cutting portion (8) that are arranged along a rotational axis of the tool. The first cutting portion (4) has helical cutting teeth (12) with a given helix direction. The teeth (12) operate in one direction of rotation of the tool. The second cutting portion (8) is spaced from the first cutting portion (4) along a longitudinal axis (10). The second cutting portion (8) has helical teeth (16) whose helix direction is opposite to that of the helical teeth (12) of the first cutting portion (4). The teeth (16) of the second portion (8) operate in the same direction of rotation of the tool as the teeth (12) of the first cutting portion (4). An independent claim is also included for a method of machining a part by using a rotative cutting tool.
L'invention se rapporte à un outil de coupe rotatif (1) s'étendant selon un axe longitudinal (10) et comprenant une première portion coupante (4) comportant une pluralité de premières dents hélicoïdales (12) présentant un premier sens d'hélice et conçues poir travailler dans un sens de rotation donné de l'outil. Selon l'invention, il comporte en outre une seconde portion coupante (8) décalée de la première selon l'axe longitudinal (10), cette seconde portion coupante (8) comportant une pluralité de secondes dents hélicoïdales (16) présentant un second sens d'hélice opposé au premier, et également conçues pour travailler dans le sens de rotation donné de l'outil.Application privilégiée au domaine des constructions aéronautiques. |
