Zusammenfassung:	The plastic cap (14) and skirt (12), designed to fit over the neck of a bottle and seal its rim, has a shearing line (16) between the cap and skirt that enables the cap to be unscrewed, and flexible tongues (17) round the inside of the skirt that engage with a projecting shoulder (6) round the bottle neck and prevent the skirt from being removed together with the cap. Prior to fitting, the tongues are curved downwards against the sides of the skirt, flexing outwards towards the bottle neck once they have passed the shoulder to prevent the skirt sliding back over the shoulder.
