Heating groundsheet for furniture field, has heating film extending between upper and lower layers made of thermosetting material, where layers are connected together at border by adherence and upper layer is covered by comfort cover

The groundsheet has upper and lower layers (1, 2) made of thermosetting material, and a heating film (3) forming a heating middle layer. The film extends between the layers (1, 2) and is formed of flexible resistors. A border (6) free from the film is arranged at the outline of the groundsheet. The...

Zusammenfassung:The groundsheet has upper and lower layers (1, 2) made of thermosetting material, and a heating film (3) forming a heating middle layer. The film extends between the layers (1, 2) and is formed of flexible resistors. A border (6) free from the film is arranged at the outline of the groundsheet. The layers (1, 2) are connected together at the border by adherence of their opposite surfaces for enclosing the film between them. The layer (1) is covered by a comfort cover (5) e.g. carpet, and a cord (4) electrically connects the film to an external power source. An independent claim is also included for a method of obtaining a heating groundsheet.
