The microcapsules have a mixture of liquid crystals with three phase transitions with respect to the temperature. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'étiquettes indiquant la température idéale de consommation du contenu d'un emballage, à l'aide de cristaux liquides, caractérisé en ce que le procédé amélioré utilise les cristaux liquides dans des microcapsules de taille comprise entre 6 et 12mum, isolées, filtrables et redispersables dans un milieu aqueux.
