The compartments have non explosive components (30, 32) that are maintained separated and isolated from explosive charge. The compartments communicate after tearing the diaphragm by pulling a ring (54) and a cord (50) and by stretching wires (44) upwards. The compartments communicate to mix components for providing a detonating compound. The components are potassium perchlorate powder and aluminum powder.
