The device (10) has a fixation unit (20) to fix the device to a wall, a support unit (30) to support a facing framework (80), and a profiled body (32). The unit (20) has a threaded rod (22) terminated by a head (24) and a tip (26) and having a flange ring (28). The body has a bore (36) presenting a section forming an inner cavity (368). The ring, bore and cavity prohibits any relative translation movement between the units (20, 30). An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a facing framework on an inner wall of a building implementing a support device.
