The vehicle has a door lock (14) mounted in a shell (10) of vehicle body, and located near a window glass and a striker (30), where the glass and striker are mounted in the shell. The lock is located such that, in case of accidental displacement of the glass towards the lock during an impact, the striker is adapted to contact the glass and to partially break the glass before its contact with the lock. Véhicule comportant une vitre (12) et un percuteur (30) de vitre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe (14) à protéger, ledit organe étant situé à proximité de la vitre (12) et du percuteur (30) de telle manière qu'en cas de déplacement accidentel de la vitre (12) vers l'organe lors d'un choc, le percuteur (30) soit adapté à entrer en contact avec la vitre (12) et à briser au moins partiellement la vitre avant son contact avec l'organe (14). L'organe (14) peut être une serrure d'une porte du véhicule.
