Zusammenfassung:The circuit has a differential pair (2) of transistors (3, 4) and a current source (9) connected to a node (15) and a power supply. A current source (10) is connected to a common node (7) at emitters of the differential pair of transistors to increase the speed of discharge of a stray capacitor (8) during switching of transistors. The capacitor is connected between the node and ground. An independent claim is also included for a logic gate comprising an electronic circuit.
