Zusammenfassung:	The module has a locking sleeve (24) including a groove tread (34) to receive a locking pin when the pin is in its locking position. A bearing (28) is placed at a proximal end of the sleeve. The bearing has an outer groove (42) and an inner groove (40) that is formed by a gorge placed in the sleeve. The module is preassembled on a steering shaft that is then mounted on a support, during assembling of a steering column. An independent claim is also included for a steering column of a motor vehicle comprising a locking sleeve and a bearing that are formed by a bearing module. Ce module de roulement (16) pour colonne de direction (2) d'un véhicule comprend un roulement (28) comprenant une piste extérieure (42) et une piste intérieure (40) entre lesquelles sont interposées des corps de roulement (44). Le module comprend en outre un manchon de blocage (24) définissant un axe (X-X) et muni d'au moins un évidement de réception (34) d'un doigt de blocage (22) en rotation autour de l'axe.
