Le procédé d'obturation de l'extrémité d'un tube métallique (3) sans chauffage préalable se caractérise en ce que l'on réalise un préformage par une molette (25) et que l'on termine le travail d'obturation par un outil plat (19) à surface active en céramique.Cette invention intéresse les constructeurs de machines de conformation à froid de pièces métalliques.
