The guide rail includes a fixed point (141) in a vehicle door (9), such that the projection of the fixed point in the plan is orthogonal to the rail and is outside to the cover. An electric drive for the window regulator is fixed at the cover. An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling a door. L'invention se rapporte à n module (10) de porte comportant- une garniture (12) définissant un plan (P), et- un rail (14) de lève-vitre fixé à la garniture (12) de manière séparable, le rail (14) ayant un point (141) d'accrochage à une porte, la projection du point d'accrochage (141) dans le plan (P), orthogonalement au rail, étant hors de la garniture (12).L'invention se rapporte aussi à un procédé d'assemblage d'une porte avec un tel module.L'invention présente l'avantage de simplifier le montage du lève-vitre à une porte.
