Zusammenfassung:The circuit generates a reference voltage (VBG) having a band-gap using a cascade-type current mirror and a bipolar assembly in series with the mirror assembly branches. A differential amplifier (4) balances the currents in the two branches and the reference voltage is provided by the interconnection terminal (2) linking the mirror assembly and the bipolar assembly. The circuit generates a reference voltage (VBG) having a band-gap. It includes a cascade-type current mirror assembly comprising a high supply rail (1) and at least two parallel branches of P-channel MOS transistors. A bipolar assembly is provided in series with these mirror assembly branches linking up to a low supply rail (3). Each of the parallel branches includes, in series, a bipolar transistor (T1, T2) mounted as a diode and a single resistance (R1) and two resistances (R2, R3) respectively. A differential amplifier (4) balances the currents in the two branches of the bipolar assembly. The reference voltage is provided by the interconnection terminal (2) linking the mirror assembly and the bipolar assembly.
