Make-up method for forming drops on keratinic fibers comprises applying a composition comprising a polymer with a viscoelasticity characterized by a storage modulus (G') and loss modulus (G) such that G' is less than G for frequencies below 0.3 Hz and greater than G for frequencies above 3 Hz, where plots of G' and G versus frequency intersect in the 0.3-3 Hz range, and a dynamic viscosity of 4000-10000 Pa.s at 25degreesC, dispersed in a volatile solvent. An Independent claim is also included for a composition as above.
