The lock comprises a barrel (1) which rotates in a bore (2) of a body (3) under the action of a key. The barrel rotation controls the axial sliding of a bolt between unlocking and locking positions. The barrel comprises an elastically deformable ring with outgrowths (13) having two diametrically opposite flats which can be clipped in a groove (6) in a barrel outgrowth (9). The groove comprises two flats so that, during rotation of the barrel, the barrel flats elastically deform the ring. L'invention concerne une serrure comprenant un barillet (1) monté tourillonnant dans un alésage (2) d'un corps (3) sous la commande d'une clé, la rotation du barillet (1) commandant le coulissement axial d'un pêne entre une position de déverrouillage et une position de verrouillage ou de condamnation, ladite serrure comportant des moyens d'indexation angulaire du barillet (1) dans les positions correspondant aux positions de verrouillage et de déverrouillage du pêne. Le barillet de la serrure selon l'invention comporte une bague (8) en une matière synthétique élastiquement déformable pourvue d'une excroissance (13) présentant deux plats (11) diamétralement opposés encliquetable dans une rainure (6) ménagée sur une excroissance (9) du barillet (1), ladite rainure (6) comportant deux plats (7) de telle sorte que, lors de la rotation du barillet (1), les plats (7) du barillet (1) déforment élastiquement la bague (8).
