Cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition e.g. non-transfer lipstick, contains combination of terephthalate copolyester and organopolysiloxane unit-containing sulfonated copolyester to form hard, bright films

Cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition (A) comprises a medium including an aqueous phase, and contains: (a) water-soluble or dispersible oligomeric terephthalate copolyester(s) comprising ethylene glycol-containing dicarboxylate repeating units (I), and (b) water-dispersible sulfonated copolyester(s) containing sulfonated polyester and organopolysiloxane repeating units. Cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition (A) comprises a medium including an aqueous phase, and contains: (a) at least one water-soluble or water dispersible oligomeric terephthalate copolyester consisting of dicarboxylate repeating units of formula -(CO-A-CO-O-(CH2CH2O)n)- (I) and having weight average molecular weight of less than 20000 (preferably less than 15000), and (b) at least one water-dispersible sulfonated copolyester, containing sulfonated polyester and organopolysiloxane repeating units and having number average molecular weight 5000-45000, sulfur content 0.5-10 wt.% and silicon content 0.05-20 wt.%. A = 1,4-phenylene, sulfo-1,3-phenylene and/or 1,3-phenylene, and n = 1-4, provided that at least 35 mol. % of the units (I) have A = 1,4-phenylene and n = 1, and at least 7 mol.% of the units (I) have A = sulfo-1,3-phenylene. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement cosmétique de la peau, des muqueuses, des cheveux ou des phanères consistant à appliquer cette composition, ainsi que l'utilisation d'un copolyester sulfoné hydrodispersable à motifs polyorganosiloxanes, pour améliorer la brillance et/ ou la dureté d'une composition comprenant une phase aqueuse et un oligomère copolyester téréphtalique hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersable.
