L'invention concerne un dispositif de neutralisation d'engins explosifs, comportant des moyens d'amorçage d'une charge explosive projetant une substance vers l'engin, caractérisé en ce que la charge explosive est centrale et entourée de substance à projeter, pour produire un effet omnidirectionnel.
