| Zusammenfassung: | The neutralizer consists of a spherical or substantially spherical housing (1) containing a neutralizing substance, and an explosive charge inside central spherical cavity (3). The housing can be made from two separate hemispherical halves (2) made from a material which does not fragment, e.g. a plastic. The neutralizing substance, which is dispersed in all directions by the explosive charge is a liquid such as water. The optimum effect is produced by having an explosive charge in a 1 : 20 ratio with the neutralizing substance, e.g. 100 g of explosive to 2000 cc of liquid.
