Device for taking fluid samples

Device for the extraction and/or injection of a sample of fluid in a state of chemical or thermodynamic equilibrium, with a body (1) with two ends (2, 3). One of these ends has at least one orifice (5) allowing the passage of the fluid sample. There is also a cavity (4) for receiving the sample, and means (11) of extracting and/or injecting the sample including means (16) allowing the sample to be kept in a state of chemical or thermodynamic equilibrium identical to the conditions in the fluid before it is removed and/or injected. Use of such a device to take gas samples from a sulphur- making unit, extracting combustion gases containing SO2, SO3, N2, O2, H2O, NOx, H2S, COS, CS2 and NH3, sampling a liquid while its temperature is lowered to separate it into several phases, or sampling a gas containing condensibles such as butane and propane in natural gas treatment units. - Dispositif permettant de prélever et/ ou d'injecter un échantillon de fluide, le dispositif comportant des moyens en température et/ ou en pression de la cavité recevant l'échantillon prélevé.. Les moyens sont adaptés pour conserver l'échantillon de fluide dans des conditions d'équilibre chimique et/ ou thermodynamique sensiblement identiques aux conditions dans lesquelles il se trouve avant le prélèvement et/ ou avant l'injection.
