PROCEDE ET INSTALLATION POUR LA FABRICATION D'UN MOULE POUR LA REALISATION D'UNE PIECE EN MATIERE PLASTIQUE DURCISSABLE

The invention concerns a method for making precise and cheap moulds for producing hardenable plastic parts identical to a finished product comprising the following steps: producing a copy (20) of the part in a material with low melting point; obtaining a mould (22) by uniformly over-injecting the copy with a compacted ceramic compound with ultrasounds indirectly applied via a liquid (19); and removing the copy from the mould obtained by melting said material with low melting point. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication qui permet d'obtenir rapidement des moules précis et bon marché pour la réalisation de pièces en matière plastique durcissable identiques à un objet final afin de les soumettre à toutes sortes de tests et d'analyses. Ce procédé comporte les étapes consistant à- élaborer une copie de la pièce en une matière ayant une basse température de fusion,- obtenir un moule par moulage par surinjection de la copie avec un composé céramique compacté par ultrasons, et- retirer la copie du moule ainsi obtenu par fusion de ladite matière ayant une basse température de fusion.
