L'invention concerne un bac de forçage hydroponique pour la culture des endives, comprenant une zone de culture (8) destinée à contenir les endives et une solution nutritive.Selon l'invention, le bac comprend au moins un canal (19) disposé en dehors de la zone de culture (8) et destiné à évacuer un surplus de solution nutritive, le canal (19) étant relié à cet effet au trop-plein (17) .
