Zusammenfassung:	The vent is for the passage of air between the upper cross member of a frame and the upper cross member of the opening of the frame. The upper cross member of the frame has at least one casing (3d) with an opening (3i) allowing the positioning of an absorbent (8) material which is disposed adjacent to the air passage to increase the acoustic insulation of the furniture. The casing is defined by a horizontal closure (3a) having a vertical flange (3f) by two closures (3g,f) and by a further parallel closure. Le dispositif d'assourdissement comprend dans la traverse supérieure (3a) d'un dormant au moins un caisson (3d) pourvu d'une ouverture (3i) permettant la mise en place d'un élément absorbant (8) qui est disposé à proximité du passage d'air pour améliorer l'isolement acoustique de la menuiserie.
