Anti-fraud sealing cap

The anti-fraud sealing cap (1) for a container (2) with a neck (3) comprises three elements. Firstly a plug (4) comprising a head (40) and a cylindrical skirt (41). Secondly a means of axially spacing (8) the head which avoids pushing the plug into the neck before first opening and is removable during the first opening. Thirdly a rigid collar (5) comprising an upper rim (50), a cylindrical portion (51) coaxial with the skirt and fixed to the neck. A lid (7) seals the collar internal cylindrical portion, its sealing being destroyed during first opening, when it is detached by tearing after raising the axial separator and breaking open the plug. The internal cylindrical portion is blocked by a rigid piece (52) fixed to the collar having an axial orifice. The cylindrical skirt comprises a shank (410) such that during first opening the shank lower end is detached or torn from the lid. The cap design reduces the possibility of fraud by recycling of the empty packaging by furnishing a clear indicator of first opening of the cap.
