Zusammenfassung:The control process is for a seat (1) having degrees of freedom comprising the sliding position (DL), the front and rear seat pivot angles (RAV,RAR) and back support angles (PHI,PSI). Movement in each of these degrees of freedom is controlled by electric motors and detected by potentiometers. In the interest of safety, for example to prevent submarining during an accident and also to achieve maximum ergonomic efficiency laws connecting pairs of the degrees of freedom are evaluated and used by the microprocessor to coordinate all movement following manually controlled displacement of one of the degrees of freedom.
