Zusammenfassung:	A process and installation are claimed for the distillation of a liquid by boiling and collecting the distillate in more than one fraction. The flow rate and density of the distillate are measured, and its concentration calculated, so various fractions of the distillate can be collected separately, depending on the volume which has been produced and its quality. The quality and volume of the original liquid is also taken into account. Distillate tops are collected in one vessel during start up. The main body of distillate is collected in a second vessel and, after a certain volume and quality has passed the bottoms are collected in a third vessel.
