Zusammenfassung:Powder aerosol for forming a cloud screen that is opaque to terrestrial viewing, esp. to infra red sighting, comprising powdered natural macrocrystalline graphite. Pref. in order to achieve as uniform as possible an absorption over the whole spectrum (wavelength 0.3-14 microns), the graphite powder pref. has a particle size distribution of ca. 50% particles with a mean dia. of 14 microns, ca. 25% particles with a mean dia. of 5 microns and ca. 25% particles with a mean dia. of 2.5 microns. The graphite powder may be mixed with polyethylene powder with a particle size of 4 microns to give a mixt. with a high coefft. of absorption in the wavelength range 3-4 microns. L'invention concerne un aérosol pulvérulent.Cet aérosol est constitué de poudre de graphite naturel macrocristallin.Il convient pour la formation d'un écran nuageux, opaque aux vues terrestres, plus particulièrement au rayonnement infrarouge.
