Zusammenfassung:	The seal retainer for rotor blades (3) with roots set in axial grooves in the rotor discs (2), consists of a ring (10) which fits into alternating lugs (4,5) on the blade roots and discs. The ring's front face has at least one projection which fits between a disc and blade lug to ensure that the blade feet are locked axially in relation to the discs. The seal ring is in the form of a circular elastic collar with a slit in it to allow for expansion or compression, with the projection (12) situated opposite the slit. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité et de rétention d'aubes pour des turbomachines dans lesquelles les becquets d'aubes et les becquets de disques se juxtaposent. Ce dispositif comporte un jonc (10) logé dans la gorge circulaire (6) formée par les becquets et ayant la forme d'une collerette circulaire élastique comportant au moins un taquet (12) apte à s'encastrer entre un becquet de disque (4) usiné et un becquet d'aube (5) évidé.Application à l'aéronautique.
