Container neck and pouring cap, used for photocopying ink powder

The pourer cap (1) which is assembled onto a container neck has a relief (8) formed by a ring of radially projecting elastic tongues. The neck has a locking surface consisting of a shoulder (24) behind which the projecting tongues are clipped when the cap is placed on the container neck. The neck has a zone of least mechanical resistance (18) which breaks when an attempt is made to raise the cap. The cap has a seat (7) which is sealed on a support surface on the neck by the elastic action of the tongues on the locking shoulder. The cap has a skirt (4A) which is force fitted into the filling and pouring opening (22) of the container neck.
