Zusammenfassung:	The circular stage of pivoting blades (1) are assembled on sectors, joined into a retaining ring, (16) with housings (15) for support casings (12) for the blade pivots (11). The sectors are held on an annular rail (18). An annular ring (33), distinct from the rail, is engaged in grooves (34) in the pivots for holding them against axial movement. The rail has a hollow section (21) with a bottom part (22) which covers the pivots. The annular ring is located between the rail bottom and the sectors. The rail bottom has a layer of easy wearing material (31) belonging to a seal (32). The annular ring has openings composed of a wide part, of greater diameter than the pivots, and a narrow part less than the pivot diameter but greater than the groove, into which the pivots are engaged.
