Zusammenfassung:The screen comprises a primary plate consisting of a transparent substrate (10) carrying a matrix of electrodes (14) controlled by a matrix of transistors (TFT) each transistor having a source, a drain and a primary gate (G1). Each transistor also has a secondary gate (G2) situated opposing the primary gate (G1). A primary address line (12) connects the transistors in columns and is connected to the transistor drains. A secondary address line (14) connects the transistors in rows and is connected to the primary gates (G1). The source of each transistor is connected to an electrode. The secondary gates (G2) are connected together in at least two groups for connection to an address line. Chaque transistor comprend deux grilles de commande (G1, G2). Les secondes grilles (G2) sont réunies entre elles le long d'une colonne ou d'une ligne d'adressage. Les colonnes ou lignes sont connectées entre elles par groupes de N. La commande des transistors d'une colonne ou d'une ligne est alors multiplexée par trois signaux de commande. Application à l'affichage.
