R = 6-22C alkyl, optionally with 1-4 ethylenic unsaturations and optionally substituted by 1-3 substituents selected from OH, halogen, and CF3, n is the valence of Z, Z = H, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, or quaternary ammonium of formula-NR1R2R3R4; R1 - R4 = H, 1-6C alkyl or hydroxyalkyl. Les dérivés d'acide uronique de formule (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) dans laquelle R est alkyle, alkényle éventuellement substitué et Z est l'hydrogène ou un métal, sont des agents tensioactifs.
