Zusammenfassung:The housing receives at least one electric circuit board (3) of an electric switch or control device. It has two housing parts (1,6) with cooperating edges. A plug connector (4) associated with the circuit board (3) is held between the edges of the housing parts (1,6). Seals (5) are formed in grooves (23,24) between the opposite edges of the housing parts (1,6) and the plug connector (4). The plug connector (4) is carried directly on the edges of the circuit board (3) and is received in a recess (7) of one of the housing parts (1). This part (1) has a groove (9) around the edge facing the other housing part (6) and the plug connector (4).The groove (9) combines with grooves (11) in the other edges to form a channel from which other channels go, formed by other pairs of grooves (23,24). The other channels run along the surfaces (17,18) of the plug connector (4) which run at an angle to the housing part (1). They also lie on surfaces (15,16) of the other housing part (6) running at the same angle. When the housing parts (1,6) are combined, the resulting channels are filled with a sealant (5) which is first fluid and is then hardened into a sealing mass.
