New porphyrin derivatives and their applications, in particular in therapy

The invention relates to porphyrin derivatives of formula I: in which: - at least one of the radicals R represents a phenyl group O-glycosylated at the para and/or meta position, - the other radicals R, which may be identical or different, represent, if they exist, an alkyl or heteroalkyl, alkene or heteroalkene, alkine or heteroalkine radical, linear or branched and optionally halogenated, or alternatively an aryl group or a heterocycle optionally mono- or polyhalogenated. These derivatives are useful, in particular, in phototherapy for the treatment of tumours on account of their photosensitising activity. La présente invention a pour objet des dérivés de porphyrine de formule I: (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) dans laquelle: - au moins un des radicaux R représente un groupe phényle O-glycosilé en position para et/ou méta, - les autres radicaux R, identiques ou différents, représentent, si ils existent, un radical alkyle ou hétéroalkyle, alcène ou hétéroalcène, alcyne ou hétéroalcyne, linéaire ou ramifié et éventuellement halogéné, ou encore un groupe aryle ou un hétérocycle éventuellement mono ou polyhalogéné. Ces dérivés sont utiles notamment en photothérapie pour le traitement des tumeurs en raison de leur activité photosensibilatrice.
