(1) n is 0; A,B,C,D are H, halo, lower alkyl, alkoxy or hydroxyalkyl, OH or CF3; Y, Z are H or together form a bond; (1A) e.g. (1A1) X and R2 form a bond; R1 is G1; G1 is -(CH2)m-N(R5)R6; m is 1-6; a) R5,R6 are H, lower alkyl or lower arylalkyl (opt. substd.); and R3 is H, lower alkyl, phenyl(substd. by e.g. lower alkyl, OH or hydroxyalkyl etc.); naphthyl (opt. substd.), heteroaryl (opt. substd.) or G1; b) NR5R6 is morpholine, and R3 is H, lower alkyl, phenyl(substd. by e.g. lower alkyl, OH, halo, etc.), naphthyl (opt. substd.), heteroaryl(opt. substd.) or G1; c) NR5R6 is piperidine, pyrrolidine or piperazine (opt. substd. on N in position 4 by lower alkyl, aryl(opt. substd.) or lower arylalkyl (opt. substd.), and R3 is lower alkyl, phenyl(substd. by e.g. OH, halo, CF3 or hydroxyalkyl etc.), naphthyl (opt. substd.) or heteroaryl (opt. substd.), or R1 is G2 or G3; G2 is CH2)mCOR7; G3 is (CH2)mCHOHR7; R7 is aryl(opt. substd.); and R3 is H, lower alkyl, phenyl(opt. substd.), naphthyl(opt. substd.), heteroaryl(opt. substd.) or G1; R4 is H, G1, G4 or G5; G4 is -COO-G1; G5 is COR9; R9 is aryl(opt. substd.) or heteroaryl (opt. substd.). Cpds. in which R4 is H, R1 is (CH2)2-N(R5)R6, R5,R6 are ethyl and R3 is lower alkyl or naphthyl simultaneously are excepted from the claim. (1B) X and R1 form a bond; R2 is G1; R3 is lower alkyl, phenyl(substd.), naphthyl(opt. substd.), heteroaryl(opt. substd.) or G1; and R4 is H or G1, G4 or G5; or R2 is G2 or G3; R3 is H, lower alkyl, aryl(opt. substd.), heteroaryl(opt. substd.) or G1; and R4 is H, G1, G4 or G5. (2) n is 1; A,B,C,D are H, halo, lower alkyl or CF3; either X+R2 form a bond; Y, Z are H or form a bond; R1 or R2 is methyl, G1, G2, G3 or G6; R3 is H, lower alkyl, aryl(opt. substd.), heteroaryl(opt. substd.) or G1; R4 is H, G1, G4 or G5. Lower alkyl or alkoxy has 1-6C atoms; aryl is phenyl or naphthyl; heteroaryl is e.g. furyl, thienyl, pyridyl, pyrrolyl, imidazolyl etc.; and substd. is substd. on the ring by 1-3 halo, CF3, OH or lower alkoxy, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl.
