Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a channel for propagating magnetic bubbles. According to the invention, it includes a layer with single direction of magnetisation (1) which carries at the surface insulated conductive layers (2, 3, 4) drilled with regularly distributed holes (7, 10, 13). The holes (10) in the conductive layers (3, 4) are offset with respect to the holes (7) of the conductive layer (2), respectively, by half and by a quarter of the period of the spatial distribution. The invention applies in particular to digital storage devices.
L'invention concerne un canal de propagation de bulles magnétiques. Selon l'invention, il comporte une couche à direction unique d'aimantation (1) qui porte en surface des couches conductrices (2, 3, 4) isolées et percées de trous régulièrement répartis (7, 10, 13). Les trous (10) dans les couches conductrices (3, 4) sont décalés par rapport aux trous (7) de la couche conductrice (2), respectivement, d'une moitié et d'un quart de la période de la répartition spatiale. L'invention s'applique notamment aux dispositifs de mémorisation numérique. |
