Ce palier comportant au moins trois points d'appui (2, 3, 4) disposés à 120degré les uns par rapport aux autres, est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un (4) desdits points d'appui est déplaçable radialement et en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de réglage (5) de la position de ce point d'appui pour régler le jeu entre le corps et les points d'appui.
