Zusammenfassung:	Autonomous installation intended for ensuring, particularly, the unloading, storage and transfer of products, in particular iron and steel products, which comprises fixed longitudinal members on which the products to be manipulated rest and movable longitudinal members placed between the fixed longitudinal members and driven in a rectangular displacement cycle, this installation being characterised in that each movable longitudinal member (12) comprises, at one of its ends, an arm or fingers for unloading (24) so that, on transfer of a product (P1) withdrawn from those stored on the fixed longitudinal members (10), the said product rests on the end of the said fingers and may be displaced and transferred to an unloading or discharge zone, in a manner which is totally independent of the products (P) remaining stored on the said fixed longitudinal members.
