Zusammenfassung:	This device comprises: - on one of the parts (10), a projecting lug (11) carrying at least one transverse groove (12), - on the other part (20), a housing (21), corresponding to the lug, receiving the latter during assembly of the two parts by translational movement towards each other, this other part furthermore including a transverse slot (22) emerging in the housing so as to coincide with a groove corresponding to the lug when the two parts are assembled, and - an elastically deformable clip (30), including at least one arm (32) inserted in the coinciding slot and groove, so as to solidly attach the two parts thus assembled. The free end of the lug (11) includes a ramp (13) capable of pushing back the said arm (32) of the clip which is fitted prior to assembling the two parts, during introduction of the lug into the housing until the slot coincides with the groove.
