It is characterised in that it comprises a matrix of the phenolic-plastic type, filled with mineral-based particles and reinforced by fibres, these particles and fibres being chemically inert with respect to the matrix, and at least one reinforcement insert 3 incorporated in the matrix. L'invention concerne un panneau 1 en matériau composite possédant des propriétés de résistance au feu, de résistance aux impacts, d'étanchéité aux fluides et d'amortissement acoustique. Il se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend une matrice de type phénoplaste chargée de particules à base minérale et renforcée par des fibres, ces particules et fibres étant chimiquement inertes vis-à-vis de la matrice, et au moins un insert de renfort 3 incorporé dans la matrice.
