Process for the industrial manufacture of compost substrates for planted areas in an urban environment and for growing horticultural products

The process consists in obtaining a graded compost material having a controlled hygrometric level, and then mixing this compost material with a structural protection agent such as peat to obtain a premix which protects the compost aggregates, and finally in incorporating in the premix thus obtained aerating and/or draining agents such as, for example, sand or ground wood fibre. The process is applied to the production of compost substrates for all types of planted areas in an urban environment, such as gardens, parks, window boxes, flower beds or hanging baskets, turfed sports grounds, and the like. Le procédé consiste à obtenir un matériau terreux calibré et de degré hygrométrique contrôlé, puis à mélanger ce matériau terreux avec un agent de protection structurale tel que de la tourbe pour obtenir un prémélange protégeant les agrégats terreux, et enfin à incorporer au prémélange ainsi obtenu des agents aérateurs et/ou draînants tels par exemple que du sable ou de la fibre de bois broyée.Le procédé s'applique à l'obtention de substrats terreux pour tous types d'espaces plantés en milieu urbain, tels que jardins, parcs, jardinières, plantations de massifs et de corbeilles, terrains de sport engazonnés etc...
