Zusammenfassung:	La présente invention concerne une composition pour aérosols exempte de gaz propulseur, contenant la nitroglycérine comme ingrédient actif.La composition selon l'invention se compose de :0,1 à 4 % en poids de nitroglycérine,51 à 90 % en poids d'un alcool aliphatique en C2 - 4 (composant A),10 à 49 % en poids d'un polyalcoylèneglycol comportant 2 ou 3 atomes dans la portion alcoylène (composant B1 ) et/ou d'un alcool en C2 - 8 comportant deux ou trois groupes hydroxyle (composant B2 ),éventuellement conjointement avec un ou plusieurs véhicules et/ou diluants pharmaceutiquement acceptables. The present invention relates to an aerosol composition free of propellant gas, comprising nitroglycerin as active ingredient. The composition according to the invention is composed of: 0.1 to 4% by weight of nitroglycerin, 51 to 90% by weight of a C2-4 aliphatic alcohol (component A), 10 to 49% by weight of a polyalkyleneglycol comprising 2 or 3 carbon atoms in the alkylene moiety (component B1) and/or a C2-8 alcohol comprising two or three hydroxy groups (component B2) optionally together with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or diluents.
