Zusammenfassung:	The control device includes a central unit module 3 with a microprocessor 30 coupled to a clock with an hours output 31 and in functional association with a memory 32 in a plug-in cartridge. Attached to the central unit module 3 is a first action module 4, then a second 4', the attachment being carried out in a horizontal direction. Moreover, the action modules 4 and 4' have inputs 41c, 41'd for local status sensors, such as thermostats, and outputs 42a, 42'c, for the control of user appliances. The input 41a is linked to a box for measuring power demand, and the input 41b to an energy tariff relay 15. The linking lines are directed vertically, and the microprocessor signals 30 along the horizontal direction. The programming, recorded in a memory 32, determines the control of the user circuits as a function of time and of the signals sent by the sensors. Adaptation to specific situations is very flexible.
