Zusammenfassung:	The product feed system handles filters supplied to the production machinery. Filters are produced (10) to a pallet filling station (14). The pallets (16) are then transferred via an inclined track (18) to a transfer station (20). The pallets are then transferred over a second feed track (22) to a station (24) that supplies filters to the cigarette manufacturing machinery. Empty pallets (28) are returned to the loading station. Each pallet has magnetic strips (17) that can be coded and read by units (40,42) located on the specific stations.
