Each electrode is a composite electrode formed by a mixture of at least one electronic conductor and a solid electrolyte. Preferably, the solid electrolyte of the composite electrodes and the membrane is chosen from a group consisting of uranyl phosphate H3O UO2 PO4 3H2), zirconium phosphate Zr(HPO4)2nH2O, or derivatives of these compounds.
