The shovel comprises : - a rotating column 11 carrying, at its upper part, a driving head 25 which is fixed in an angular fashion to the column and connected to the rotationally driving jack 14; - an articulated arm 12 carried by a box element 21 installed so that it may rotate freely on the column; - a pin 36 for temporarily fixing together, in an angular fashion, the box element 21 and the driving head 25; - and a wheel 45 connected to a hydraulic motor 36 and fixed, in an angular fashion, to the base of the column.
