The invention relates to a cleaning or flushing part for tubular ducts, more particularly for domestic ducts or tubular pipes, which is composed of a tubular part which has, at its periphery, a cleaning or flushing opening capable of being closed by at least one cover, the tubular part being preferably provided with a sleeve at one of its axial ends. This part is characterised in that the cleaning or flushing opening is produced in an appendage provided on the outside of the tubular part 1 preferably consisting of plastic preferably of a hard polyvinyl chloride, and in that the cleaning or flushing opening 3 is capable of being closed by means of the cover 4 with the interposition of at least one packing piece (sealing member) 18, in that it is possible to press against the tubular part 1 by means of a closure, more particularly a clip-in closure 14, 15, 16, 22, 23.
