Process for the preparation of explosives by a wet route

Process for the preparation of pyrotechnic compositions containing at least one explosive substance, of the type comprising a stage of synthesis of the explosive substance from at least two compounds, then a stage of mixing this substance with additives. It is characterised in that, in the same single emulsion: - the stage of synthesis of the explosive substance from at least two nonexplosive compounds is performed, - the stage of mixing is performed simultaneously or successively in the same emulsion by adding thereto a binder in solution in a solvent, this binder being next cured by extraction of the solvent. After curing of the binder, the composition is filtered and dried. Application to the manufacture of primary explosives and of various pyrotechnic compositions. APRES DURCISSEMENT DU LIANT, ON FILTRE ET SECHE LA COMPOSITION.APPLICATION A LA FABRICATION D'EXPLOSIFS PRIMAIRES ET DE COMPOSITIONS PYROTECHNIQUES DIVERSES.
