Zusammenfassung:The controller comprises an adjustable stop 2 and actuating cylinder 5, arranged to disengage from the power regulator (1) when switch 13 is closed to allow compressed air to be supplied via servo valve 10 to piston 7, switch 13 operates in dependence on at least one predetermined gearbox speed stage. On opening switch 13 the compressed air is vented and stop is engaged with the regulator (1) to reduce the range of regulation. Should power supply fail, or regulator fail to vent when switch 13 opens, warning means (16, 17) is operative since relay 14 closes switch 15.
