The bore a has the shape of a trumpet mouthpiece 110 between the first end and the zone of minimum diameter 111 and it has a truncated cone shape 112 between the second end and the region of minimum diameter 111 with a total included angle of 4 to 8 DEG approximately and a length along the axis of approximately 9d between the region of minimum diameter and the second end.
